Q: How do I shop on Bohenia?
A: You can shop according to the categories, add what you want into the cart, check out, and wait for our confirmation email, informing you to make payment.
Q: So when are orders placed?
A: Traditionally, orders will be placed with the supplier on the last Sunday of every month, when orders close.
Q: What are the modes of payment?
A: POSB Bank Transfer, and Paypal.
Q: Do I make payment before orders are placed with the supplier?
A: Yes. Payment has to be made before orders are placed with the supplier. In the case of a particular item being out of stock, a refund will be made to you, or you can choose to have them converted to Glamour Points of the same value (eg: SGD$5 refund converts to 125 Glamour Points, allowing you to redeem SGD$5 off your future purchases).

Q: How does the Glamour Point System work?
A: With every dollar spent, you get 1 glamour point. 25 glamour points can be redeemed for SGD$1 in your future purchases, as and when you choose to utilise it.
Q: Do these Glamour Points expire?
A: No they don't!
Q: How do I redeem points?
A: When you are checking out, you can leave a comment telling us you would like to redeem your points. Or you can email and let us know.
Q: How can I check how many points I currently have?
